A two-wheel kind of town
by RL PolicarThe sun has begun to burn the morning chill away, warming and brightening the day.
Almost 100 men and women of varying ages and at least one child have gathered at Wheeler Park near downtown Ann Arbor. Dressed in colorful cycling jerseys and snugly fitting pants or shorts, they’re ready to pedal for fun, fitness and food.
It’s the Saturday-morning breakfast ride organized by the Ann Arbor Bicycling Touring Society, one of southeast Michigan’s largest, busiest and most well-organized bike clubs.
