What Type of Bike?

by RL Policar

Ever wonder what type of bike you should use to commute? Some say use a road bike because you can get to your destination faster, other say use a mountain bike to absorb all of the street’s punishments. However, there are a few of us that use a Hybrid bike to commute.

I found a great site that provides all the details as well as manufacturer information on Hybrid bikes.

My commute bike looks a lot like the one in the picture. No chainguard, but it is a fixed gear 26″ wheel fender and rack monster. Nothing to go wrong and not much to steal.
