“Every person riding a bicycle upon a highway has all the rights and is subject to all the provisions applicable to the driver of a vehicle…”Los Angeles Share the Road (LASTR) is a group of concerned individuals focused on automobile-bicycle interaction safety issues. We receive funding from members and donors. LASTR was formed in 2001 as a project of the Los Angeles County Bike Coalition (LACBC), a non-profit bicycle advocacy organization dedicated to improving the bicycling environment and quality of life in Los Angeles County.
