Woodstock 505 Commuter Review

Woodstock 505

Commuting on a Mtn Bike? Why sure! Although I prefer road/hybrid bikes to commute, I decided to give the 505 a try. I kept it stock, no slicks or city tires, full blown knobbies. I just added my ‘portable’ rear rack and on my way I went. Click here to keep reading.

For those of us that live in the north and are insane enough to bike to work during the winter, the MTB is the obvious choice. More stability during slick conditions, the tires can be deflated down to 20 psi for a bigger footprint in snow and ice. My dream is a Surly Pugsley someday when I save enough money, now that would be the ultimate winter commuting machine.
