Fend Off the Sugar Plump Fairy

With all the holiday eats and treats that have been bombarding us and the cold weather of winter, its hard not to say no to a few pieces of Cousin Mary’s fudge brownies and candied yams. What about Eggnog? Oh man….only once a year do I get to taste the beverage from heaven…..and when I do…watch out! I’d be drinking it until I consume enough calories to last me until summer.

So you figure with all the eating and cold weather, it might be tough to stay in shape or at least fight off those pounds that creep in to your gut. Well here’s a solution! If its cold outside, bust out your indoor trainer.

Kurt Kinetic sent us the Road Machine to review.

Road Machine

The trainer came with everything I needed such as the Riser Ring, Power Computer, Floor Mat and a Spinnerval DVD.

Below is a pic of me riding the Fezzari Wiki Peak with the Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. I have to tell you, the Spinnerval DVD is one tough workout!
