		<description>Hahahaha....maybe in an another life you&#039;ll be as buff as that guy is!  JK!  But yeah, to help you with your fitness goals.  Stretching is key before you work out and a light stretching after your work out is just as important.  Make sure you load on protein before and especially AFTER work outs (thats when your muscles are craving protein the most).  Throw in some Glutamine and Amino acids in your daily diet and it will give your muscle quick recovery time so that you can blow through the week with strong work outs.
