On my way to success!
by RL PolicarA few weeks ago I talked about trying to lose about 20lbs. Well it’s been a while and here’s my update:

Going to the gym at least 3 times a week
Using the Kurt Kinetic Trainer 2 times a week
Riding my mtn bike 2 times a week
Lost 7lbs!
Not quite the 20lbs I had hoped for, but well on my way to it.

I think I would like to slim down a bit as well
but
those late night snacks are too tastee!
