I agree with the review! Tifosi's are hard to beat in terms of value. I would like to point out that, yes, the lenses are not scratchproof, that's true BUT the frames are nearly impossible to demolish. Trust me, I've dropped them like a million times. So...anyway...I bought them from here http://www.billythetree.com/tifosi-sunglasses-professional-sports.aspx and they didnt even charge anything for freight, so it was a good deal.

Nice outto them.
Not worth the $90 I paid. Outof the package they were nice..
after a couple months any rubber piece (nose or ear pieces) eithe rfell out or deteriorated.
Noewthe lens are getting wierd bubbly wrinkly look.
My WalMArt Polarized have out lasted these by a year.
I fell victim to marketing.
These are justChinese made crap.

I read great reviews of Tifosi sunglasses on the web and ended up buying a pair of Tifosi Pave. The fototec lens is GREAT. I don't like switching lenses, and can wear these early morning before the sun is up, or middle of the afternoon. The technology behind the lens is wonderful -- well suited for road riding on pavement. I am buying a second pair to have as a backup in case something happens to my first pair. I have been using these for 10 months, BTW.

I've had great experience with my Tifosi's.

With my 1st pair, I lost the earpieces. I called Tifosi, and they sent a pair to me in the mail for FREE!

With my second pair, I accidently 'crunched' them in my tailgate before a ride, but they amazingly were unscratched, and 'undeformed' very easily.

Unfortunately, last week I misplaced them somewhere, and I'm going to replace them with some 'Slip' Fototec. I just can't decide whether to go with the reds or the yellows. Thanks for the review of them (red). Maybe I'll go with those.

UPDATE.
I've now had the glasses for 7 months, and I'm still very happy with them... I will never pay the money I was paying in the past as long as Tifosi are still around.

I just bought a pair of Tifosi Kilo glasses, and have found them outstanding.

I haven't worn them enough to scratch them yet, but if they hold up for half the time the last two Smith glasses I bought (Diablo and Mainline), I'll be happy.

At less than half the price of the Smith's, these glasses are a huge value.

The optics are flawless, and the fit for my gargantuan melon is perfect.

I bought them the day before a big ride, and had no issues whatsoever.

The only complaint I have is that the nosepads had little tabs of rubber on the nose side that got a little irritating. I used a fingernail file (my wifes) to sand them down, and all was good.

The model I got came with 3 sets of lenses-clear, grey, and brown. All are reflective. I don't think I got the polarized lenses (not what I wanted-the guy at the shop said they were not), but regardless, glare is nonexistant with my specs...

Well worth the price, especially if you are not into the name (Oakley, etc)

I have the Specialized Chicane MTB glasses and they fog like crazy here in muggly middle tn. The Chicane's marketing showed their air flow pattern to supposedly prevent fogging. Darn things fog all the time, work great on the road where you can get a good breeze, but suck in the woods. Love the glasses, just hate the fogging issue.

The Wiley X only lasted 6 months after they snapped in half. I know that my head is on the wide side, but I was expecting better reliability.
