Depending on how long your car was stored I think there should be places that do routine checkups just to make sure everything works property

I bought one in September 2008. As others have noted, it is fun and a great way to exercise. It provides a real "whole-body" workout (at least it feels like that to me. I've put over a hundred miles on mine, and it is rugged. The workmanship, however is nothing like you'd see on a bike costing $1,000! The welds are sloppy (overdone), and the paint finish looks like it was done by an apprentice. The assembly instructions are poorly written and difficult to follow.

All-in-all, I'm glad I bought it, but it was overpriced.

Got a question for you?

I have brother that wants to get one of these. The kind that uses just the arms, even to steer. He is a paraplegic and has not use of his stomach muscles or anything below his nipples.

Do you think he would be able to pull back on the arm bar while riding? Pulling back usually requires moving your back and body backwards for support, but he can't do that.

what is your opinion on that?

Looks great! I would like to try how this thing rides.

A motor cycle chain?! I guess that thing is built to last.
