I bought these saddlebags based on this review and I couldn't be happier. The price was the best I found anywhere for this kind of bag. They are super easy to get on and off the bike. I attached my own shoulder strap to it (if you do this my advice is to make your strap as short as possible and carry it over the shoulder, trying to go across your chest simulating a messenger bag does not work!) and it is easy to take them in and out of my office. Haven't tested the water resistant factor quite yet. My only semi-complaint is that the straps used to attach across the rack are quite long so you must make certain to attach them (plastic clips are provided) to something so they don't dangle into your spokes. Also of course you can't quite fit stuff into them as easily as a grocery bag pannier, but I load them up with my clothes, books, lunch, and other items a girl can't live without for a day and there is still plenty of room if I wanted to load myself up further!
