Here’s our Winner, Scott Kennedy!
by RL PolicarYou guys probably remember that we had a contest for the “Gas Sucks, Ride a Bike” T-shirt.
Meet Scott Kennedy from the Peach State, Georgia. He’s showing off brand spankin’ new shirt along with his brand spankin’ new Redline Monocog. Don’t start getting jealous, we didn’t give him a new bike! Scott bought that on his own.
Oh yeah, Scott and his wife just had a baby. Congrats to the Kennedys!
Make the world know you’re a commuter and wear that shirt proudly!

cool shirt, one day you pay 2.09 gal next time its 2.29 gal
it has come down from 2.98 gal…
anyways GAS SUCKS!!
Anybody make the connection between rapidly dropping gas prices and an upcoming election? Makes you wonder.
Congrats on the shirt and the new baby Scott!
Priscilla: Thanks!
Enjoy the shirt AND the bike!!! I built a Monocog awhile ago and it was a blast to commute with.
Moe: built?
Yeah, I bought the frame from a shop and a bunch of parts from different sources. Check out the finished product:

Unfortunately, I lost the posts with the play by play build up. I also ‘built’ the X-ray Singlespeed Cyclocross bike.

Nice. The Monocog looks like it has clearance for huge tires.
