Not bad, I had a pair of Ryno gloves shown at the below link (with my cheapo camera phone and it's white LED "flash") - They're cold-weather work gloves with reflective strips and a wipe strip on the back of each thumb. I had pretty good luck with them. After about 4 months, the part at the very web of a few of the fingers started wearing through, making for some drafty commuting at high speeds.

I recently upgraded to a pair of 180s Enduro gloves:
http://www.180s.com/sub_category.aspx?prodtypeid=3&lineid=2&productid=17&psku=75872

They only have a little reflective logo, but they feature the Exhale warming system (breathe into a check valve, and it sends hot air to your finger tips) as well as a wipe strip and had no problem keeping my hands warm when riding in -1F temperatures earlier this week. Yes, I did have to "exhale" to keep my hands warm, but they worked as advertised.

I seem to prefer thinner gloves with leather palms, similar to mechanic work gloves. Normal work gloves get cold quickly, though, so these are winners.
