If I did work for them (highly unlikely) I would put this to the test by continuing to ride in, and find out first hand what the consequences were. I think they should leave it up to the individual to decide if they want to ride a bike or drive a car. That could raise some civil liberties issues as well I would think. The reason for this policy is to protect our employees from other vehicles on the road." So you would rather have your employees causing more severe accidents?
