		<description>Interesting idea, but I think the implementation needs some work.  The use of color splotches doesn&#039;t to me communicate the cyclist&#039; intent very well.  I think the jacket achieves improved visibility well (except that it appears to be a dark color), but may not work effectively as a signaling device due to using non-standard symbols.  Stick with what people know and already understand like arrows, red octagons, green circles.  Faster flashing too.</description>
