Boulder, CO is a great place to commute by bike. Now, Boulder has a couple Realtors that have put a new spin on work and cycling — they offer all the traditional real estate services – along with an interesting, free optional service: prospective buyers can check out properties by riding Pedal To Properties’ cruiser bikes. Pedal To Properties’ President Matt Kolb and Managing Broker Chris Sweeney are realtors and avid cyclists. Earlier this year they bought a small fleet of cruiser bikes that they could transport on the company’s SUV’s. Now, if their clients are interested, they exit the SUV and pedal the area checking out available properties and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Cool idea; while riding a bike, you see things in neighborhoods that you just wouldn’t notice if you were sitting in the back of a realtor’s car.
