As for the helmet, I don't think it is a big deal that he doesn't have one. If he put a lid on, it would be one more reason for someone to say, "I would ride my bike, but I don't want look like a dork," or "mess up my hair." Perhaps they intentionally avoided that issue by making sure he wasn't *riding* the thing yet :D A helmet would be consistent with the message of the video that we think about our risks - tho' they didn't show the actual *change* from the past (as in, people in that car being strapped in, and the doc and woman embarking in some other social interaction).
