I've seen such mirrors on the internet, in various blogs, but don't know where I can get one in the UK, can anyone help? Stamina is a big thing for new commuters, I've had several coworkers start to commute by bike, but they're happy to stop, because it makes for a longer day, and to cycle in the rain seems a big no-no, which I can't understand, at all.

Meghan: I used it for my commute for about the first six months. Now I feel comfortable enough with the cars behind me, and I can tell the distance by the sound, and I'm more proficient at stretching my neck and looking behind me quickly.

I still use the mirror for long distance rides, so I don't strain my neck looking back all the time.

I've found that a small mirror (attached to glasses, in my case) is the number one thing that makes me feel safer on the road. What do you guys think?
