In the heat it's important to keep hydrated. My first job out of college was in Irving, TX. I bike commuted 22 miles (one way) across the Mid Cities and through DFW Airport to get to work. However, I have found a trail that is 1/2 way to my job and will drive to it and commute there and then back again after work. I will start this on Monday the 7/14th after our vacation.
