		<description>I may have to look. This is not going to be one of those sites that is free today and then pay in the future.  Now that my bitterness is out of the way, I may look into it.  I use a spreadsheet that many of my running and biking buds have copied but this may peak my interest going back online to track a few items.</description>

		<description>When Kelly first sent me an invite for dailymile, I thought it wouldn&#039;t be as useful as weEndure or some other site that allows you to track every possible fitness detail. In reality, not having all those details made it easier to keep logging miles, which made doing the miles easier, so then I wanted to log more miles. Having my friends do the same was a great positive feedback loop. Highly recommended if you exercise regularly but arn&#039;t too concerned with elite level performance.</description>
