I’ve been commuting with the yuba v3 for over month now in nyc. I bring my son to daycare on it then ride to work. my round trip is 10 miles. I love this thing. I can get my son , his bag, and my ortlieb office bag on it and feel stable and secure. Sidenote – Ortlieb pannier hooks fit around the rear tubes. So your Ortlieb stuff can latch on securely to the Yuba. It’s tackled other cargo duties easily and safely. It’s fun too. Rides lighter than it looks and the ride is super smooth. I’m seriously in love with this bike.
