I ride a Supercaliber from 1990. (Yellow, Orange, Black). I always keep my ear to the ground when it comes to Gary Fisher. I have read many stories about Gary pioneering mountain biking etc. I got total respect for Gary when I rode his 1990 Supercaliber. This bike tought me about climbing and race geometry on mountain bikes. I bought the bike and still ride it. The reason I wrote this note is I heard a story about Gary when he was meeting with Trek bikes he rode his bike from the airport to the Trek factory. This helped secure the deal.
