		<description>Bluescat-sorry about the delay, just saw your reply. I usually like to pull the chain off the bike (really easy with a quick link), and soak it in either soapy water or some degreaser . I&#039;ll then give it a bit of a scrub with a tooth brush. The goal is to get a lot of  old oil and all of the dirt off the chain. The old oil isn&#039;t as big a deal as any grit or dirt. Dirt can really make the chain wear quickly.</description>
