Tom - Sshh! I got 'em back into the toy box before the kids even got home from the store. Good thing, too, because the oldest granddaughter seems to have a sixth sense about when I've been using her stuff for my experiments.

Janice in GA - I've sent a picture to CbB so they can post it as an update here. It's a shot looking down from directly above the top tube of the Hardrock, and shows you what the clearance is around the Tangle bag. Now, in addition to all the stuff I have in there normally, I put four 2.25" square plastic blocks I stole from my granddaughter.

The bag is bulging out as far as it will go on the sides. The secret is the straps which stretch the Tangle bag between the head tube and the seat tube; they keep the bag from ballooning out at the sides. Although I have stylish, skinny knees, you can see there is plenty of clearance, even for you folks with more ... er ... curvy limbs; the bag doesn't extend very much out from underneath the top tube.

Don't you hit those bags with your knees when you pedal?

I can't even use those little bento bags that connect at the top of the top tub and the back of the stem. My knees hit it when I stand to pedal, and it drives me crazy.
