I spent two days at Interbike with Josh Lipton. We drove four hours on Thursday morning and four hours again on Wednesday evening. We got back late last night.

    Love that Bill Maher clip! Exercise is the answer for SO many things, as this quote from another “Bill,” basketball great Bill Walton, shows:

    Bill Walton’s Bike: ‘My gym, my wheelchair and my church.’

    While others go sit in a hot, stuffy pew on Sundays, I make sure I’m out for at least an hour on two wheels, getting right with the universe.
