		<description>That story about the public school would be hilarious if it wasn&#039;t all too common. I teach at a high school and our students are actively discouraged from biking, walking, or even taking the school bus to and from campus.

(This discouragement takes the form of serious neglect of services.)

But don&#039;t worry, in our efforts to increase test scores on increasingly outdated state tests, we&#039;ll be cutting back on PE to make up for it.</description>
