Kelly: Point Taken. When I lived in DC, I might have used a cue sheet if it ever occurred to me. The last time I visited DC, I tried using my iSteer (an iPhone castrated of it's cellular service) for navigation, and it was incredibly frustrating. When I was in unfamiliar territory, I was helpless without wifi. A city map on my handlebars would have been very useful. A Velcro™ thing would have made it easy to attach to the Capital Bikeshare bikes I was using.

Actually, the cue sheet clip is a "bike commuter thing" for those of us who live in larger cities. No, I don't need a map to get to work and back, but I do map out a route if I want to go from work to a friend's house on the other side of town, then to a new store that opened up north of town, then home. The cue sheet clip is something I never knew I needed until I had one -- now I use it all the time just around town. Thanks for the great gift guides -- you've given me some good ideas!
