I use this for a short and flat commute in the Oakland/Emeryville area. I also use it for quick jaunts to the store. Luckily all the labels and stickers were easy to peel off and give a much more subdued look to it (I have the matte black version). I also threw some different pedals on there as the set that came with it were kinda cheap feeling. Other than that it's been a solid and inexpensive commuter.

I test road the Lager. Loved it but would change to drop bars. I decided to order the Langster London instead.

Ride this everday. Great commuter for an amazing price. Only problem I've run in to is that the bottom-bracket was seam-taped so rain got in. Other than that, its been a beast!

Love my SE Lager. I also stripped all the stickers off and then put some Albatross bars from Rivendell and a high-angled stem to give this a nice, upright ride. Had to swap out the stock reverse brake levers with these silver Shimanos, too. Then I put some 35mm stainless Honjo fenders and 700x28 RuffyTuffy tires to make it winter-ready. Been riding it rain or shine since Sep 07. Even though the stock seat was comfortable I wanted something more retro, so I tried a Brooks but ended up with the Selle Anatomica Titanico. Very comfortable. The Nitto top-rack from Rivendell and Brooks saddle bag were recent additions that have taken the bag off my back and put my junk in detachable panniers. Nice!

I've got the 2007 SE Lager in Tan and have almost forgotten about my other two bikes. It's quick & nimble and gets lots of looks. I've left it mostly stock except for the new wheel set-up (Weinmann DP18's in white with 700x23c Panaracer Stradius Sport tires) and I'm running a fixed cog the majority of the time. My biggest complaint would be that the chainline has a 5mm variance when switching from single speed to fixed on the flip-flop hub. My next upgrade will be new cranks and hopefully I can even out the chainline with them. Definitely my best buy to date in bicycles. -Mike in Austin, TX

This one is on the short list of new rides. And I actually may have a chance of convincing the wife to roll with it. Does it handle rain well? One commenter above noted this and since I'm in Portland, it ain't exactly dry. DOn't want to rust out by bottom shell the first year, y'know?

PG& einsteinium, from feed, consumes already quitted from These chamber because of they are climate policy — every bit birth PNM Resources and Excelon (and directly Apple). auto shipping Nike bowed out from These Chamber's board by managers, merely hasn't allowed for the membership altogether.
