Imagine your favorite bike with the rear wheel stretched out behind the
seat, a big, stable platform for a load or a passenger, and elegant saddlebags
(we call them FreeLoaders -- click the link to see what makes them so
functional) on either side that are expandable when you need them and
are cleanly out of the way when you don't. Best of all, your bike is
and fast, and because the load is centered between your two wheels, the
whole package handles with ease. Suddenly you have much less need or
desire to drive around town for your errands. Picture this: a breezy
unloaded ride to your favorite grocery store, coasting reliably around
corners; arriving ahead of traffic;
parking at the rack directly in front of the entrance; shopping and
easily loading your four bags of groceries; then pedaling home,
care-free on a bike that handles just as swiftly now that it's loaded.
And grinning when you realize you just turned an errand into a fun,
Base kit comes with the frame, two FreeLoaders [the bags], V-Racks, the Snap Deck, along with all the needed hardware [including kickstand] to attach the FreeRadical to your bike. Plenty of other add ons available making the FreeRadical extremely versatile in carrying just about everything one might need.
sprocket March 22, 2008 not to mention this pinnacle of human achievment can and will liberate you from the debt and frustration of the automobile. or at the very least make for a realy cool date machine. nothing says i love you more than a snapdeck and some footsies
gslaskow1970 April 30, 2008 I saw one of these the other days on the way home and was intrigued by the potential for more use of the bike on larger grocery runs without hooking up the Burley trailer. Now, if I can just figure out how to get my son on it for the ride to daycare...
aesova April 30, 2008 I think that this kit is one of the most brilliant bicycle related inventions ever. Most of the instances in which I simply cannot bike and must drive would be solved by this device. This is definitely on the short list for me for the next year.
I wonder if it could carry my guitar amps...
plarson67 May 1, 2008 I'm getting one this summer for 4th of July parade (this is the excuse I'm using). I can't wait!
