Giant Bowery

Aluminum single speed bike with steel fork. Excellent bike for getting around town. Climbs surprisingly easy, nice and light.

Got one of these as my commuter bike. No guard/ rack mounts on the frame could be seen as a downer.. Light and cheap. Perfect for me. likeherdingchickens.blogspot.com

Dave: check out planet bike speedez fenders. I put some on my Steve Bauer road frame and they work pretty well. By the way, has anybody checked out the '09 Bowerys? They have two high end models. The '72 and '84. They list for $1150 US, but are pretty cutting edge, especially for Giant.

Speedez?? Don't think we get those here in rainy-old England... I'll keep using my Topeak rack for now. ;-)
