I've had one of these for a couple years, and I really like it. It's not top-of-the-line, but could be a great starting point for someone interested in combo-commuting who isn't ready to commit many hundreds of dollars to the effort. My commute sometimes includes car, train, and bike, and the Tokyo makes the transitions painless.

Forgot to mention: This model cost me $164 two years ago, and as of this writing, the price hasn't changed. Citizen also makes two other, more expensive, models, the Barcelona and the Gotham 2.
