Surly Long Haul Trucker
I've known two people that have had problems with the rear hub M770. The wheel has needed to be completely disassembled and the hub sent back to Shimano in Irvine, CA for warranty. They send out a replacement hub, but then the wheel needs to be built up, on a brand new bike.
